Tech Help on TSI Testing Devices From TCC Library

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 health crisis, the TCC District Libraries are pleased to work in cooperation with the Testing Center staff on each campus, and our District Offices of Information Technology to offer TSI exam students the opportunity to borrow a wireless device that can be used to take the TSI Test in the comfort and safety of their own home.

Library Staff are available to assist you if you are experiencing any technical difficulties with a TCC-owned device, or if you need guidance in how to use the device to access your exam.  Simply answer the questions below and click "Start Chat."  

TCC Library Virtual Service Hours for Live Chat during the Summer of 2020:

  • Monday thru Thursday,  8:00 AM -- 8:00 PM
  • Friday thru Sunday,  Closed
