Ebooks at TCC: Home

The purpose of this guide is to discuss how to find and use ebooks for research.

What is an ebook?

Ebooks are digital copies of books. TCC students can read them online with a web browser like Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox. You must be logged in to your myTCC account. You can also download them and read them on your mobile device or laptop with a program like Adobe Digital Editions. With tools like highlight, notes, and searching within the text, ebooks allow for efficient research. The TCC Libraries order ebooks that cover a variety of topics.

What does TCC offer?

The Libraries offer ebooks through EBSCOhost and ProQuest Ebook Central. Most of our current ebook collection is academic in nature, but we do offer fiction, including both recent and classic literature.
