Spring 2024 Sustainability Garden Bench Painting Competition
Whatis the Competition: TCC Southeast Campus Garden has six cement benches that need decorating.
Bench Theme: Please submit a proposed bench painting that represents Sustainability.
The six best submissions will be selected to paint on an actual bench (22inch by 80inch) to be displayed in the Campus Garden.
Design must be an original work of the student, student group, or student organization.
Design must be appropriate for all audiences and in good taste. Any design deemed inappropriate by the Sustainability Committee will not be eligible.
Paint supplies will be provided by the Sustainability Committee.
The six benches will be publicly displayed at the TCC Southeast Campus Arbor Day celebration/event and then moved to be permanently displayed in the Campus Garden.

Who can participate: Student groups / Student organizations at Southeast Tarrant County College
Student groups can consist of 5 or fewer, but must be a recognized group by Student Government.
Large student group/organizations can have more than one submission, but must be different students
When: Please submit your proposed bench painting before March 21, 2024.
Winners will be selected by the 22nd and you will have April 6 to April 12 to paint.
Competition prizes: The six winning submissions are invited to a Pizza party on April 12th.
One of the six bench winners will be selected for a grand prize: Monetary/gift card TBD.
