Art-ism Artist Assignment Information for Parts A & B:
-ism - noun suffix, Definition of ism 1: a distinctive doctrine, cause, or theory,
Noun: Cubism, Impressionism, and other artistic -isms.
Part A - Work Cited Page = 100 points
Part B - PowerPoint Report = 200 points

The class will go to the Library for one and a half classes. See Canvas announcements for dates.
Use TCCD-NE librarian’s Handout regarding databases, search list & research, which was built just for this.
It is Imperative that you research your artist thoroughly. See the library handout and start your research early. The librarians will provide a wealth of information on how to acquire Art History and Biographical research information so use it. Choose your references wisely, go for the ones with the most Information: Biography & Painting references & information. Search more than just one time because more references are better than having too few references. College Level Encyclopedias from the TCCD-NE Library and databases are OK!
But NO! Wikipedia or Encyclopedias Britannica type References.
Late Policy
For each day Part A -- Work Cited Paper is late 20% will be deducted from your total grade.
Late Part B -- PowerPoints cannot be excepted.
Everyone Uploads the PowerPoint on the same day in Canvas. No Late presentations!

Have a Backup Plan for your WC Page and Artist PowerPoint for problems that might happen i.e.,
word processing and submitting trouble/problems. No Late Assignment will be Excepted.
