TCC Libraries Material Pick-up: Pick-up Procedures

Instructions for checking out items from TCC Libraries including requesting an item, cancelling a request, and material pick-up instructions.

Pickup Procedures - How to pick up your library loans

  1. You will receive an email to your TCC email account when your item is ready to be picked up except for Microsoft Surface Go devices.
    Please allow some time for your pick-up request to be processed.
    If requesting a Microsoft Surface Go, sign the agreement then visit your nearest campus to pick up a device, if available.
  2. Pick up your item at the library during open hours or contact the library to schedule a pick-up time.
  3. If you arranged for curbside pickup, when you arrive on campus, follow the directions for each campus as follows:
    • Northeast campus - Does not offer curbside pickup. Visit the library to pick up your items (NLIB).
    • Northwest campus - Contact the Walsh Library at (817) 515-7725. Stay in your car and we will meet you in the corner of the south parking lot near the WFAB building.
    • South campus - Does not offer curbside pickup. Visit the library to pick up your items (SLIB).
    • Southeast campus - Contact the Judith J. Carrier Library at (817) 515-3082. Stay in your car and we will meet you in parking lot E2 on the south side of SE campus near the book and materials return drop box.
    • Trinity River campus - Go to the circle drive off W. Belknap St. (300 Trinity Campus Circle) and stop near the entrance. Stay in your car and contact the Tahita Fulkerson Library at (817) 515-1220 and we will meet you at your car.
  4. Please be ready to show your student ID or valid government ID to pick-up your items.
