TCC Libraries Curbside Pickup: Pickup Procedures

Instructions for checking out items from TCC Libraries including requesting an item, cancelling a request, and curbside pickup instructions.

Pickup Procedures - How to pick up your library loans

  1. You will receive an email to your TCC email account when your item is ready to be picked up.
  2. Hours for pickup service on all TCC campuses:
    • Mondays and Tuesdays: 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
    • Wednesdays and Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
  3. Arrive at your chosen pickup campus during the designated hours.
  4. When you arrive on campus, follow the directions for each campus as follows:
    • Northeast campus - Contact the J. Ardis Bell Library at (817) 515-6609 and we will meet you at the front doors of the library (NLIB).
    • Northwest campus - Contact the Walsh Library at (817) 515-7725. Stay in your car and we will meet you in the south parking lot near the WFAB building.
    • South campus - Contact the Jenkins Garrett Library at (817) 515-4524 and we will meet you at the front doors of the library (SLIB).
    • Southeast campus - Contact the Judith J. Carrier Library at (817) 515-3082. Stay in your car and we will meet you in parking lot E2 on the south side of SE campus near the book and materials return drop box.
    • Trinity River campus - Go to the circle drive off W. Belknap St. (300 Trinity Campus Circle) and stop near the entrance. Stay in your car and contact the Tahita Fulkerson Library at (817) 515-1220 and we will meet you at your car.
  5. Please be ready to show your student ID or valid government ID to pick up your items.
