To search for Sociology journal articles in the Academic Search Complete database, set your search up like this: 
1. Be sure to click the check boxes next to Full Text and Scholarly (Peer Reviewed) Journals.
2. Entering the base word sociolog* with the wild card character (*) in the publication area of the search limits means that the computer will only search publications that have any variation of the root word sociolog in their title, ie: sociology, sociological, sociologist etc.
3. Adding the command word "and" along with the word "quantitative" (both without the quotation marks) to your search term tells the computer that you only want articles that contain your search term and the term quantitative in the article. This might help you find more quantitative studies.

2. Click on the More Search Options tab to enter the rest of your search limits.
