Analyze the theoretical perspectives on the actions of the offenders. Explain how, according to these theories, society can mitigate the behavior. Assess whether individuals involved are treated fairly by the criminal justice system, and consider any disparities, especially for minority offenders.

Discuss whether the behavior can be altered by society and outline potential methods for achieving this change. Offer reasoning behind your recommendations.

Slides 8 and/or 9 - Impact on the Criminal Justice System and Government
Examine the profound impact of the behavior on the criminal justice system and , government operations. Highlight the significance of these impacts.

Slides 10 and/or 11 - Personal Opinion (Substantiated by facts through your research)
Share your informed perspective on what society can do to correct an individual's behavior.
