From your TCCD Bookstores:
Due to the move towards online classes and the current closures of our campuses, we want to reassure all of our rental customers we are here to support you. In order to accommodate all of our rental customers during this time, we are providing each person a single prepaid UPS label with which you can send back all of your rentals at one time at no cost to you. Below are the easy step-by-step Rental Return instructions.
1. Visit our website at www.tccd.bncollege.com
2. Click on the Textbook Rental Returns link halfway down our homepage
3. Fill out the requested information including your Order ID number
4. Create your free label!
*Remember you can only create one label per order so please include ALL of your rental books in the same package!*
Message from Lisa Malat
President, Barnes & Noble College:
We have extended the grace period for rental returns through the first week of Fall classes. We will not be charging any students who were unable to return their books in time.
We are ready to support online course material selection and delivery. Our supply chain capabilities allow us to continue servicing your students from our warehouse in Columbia, Missouri. There will be NO interruption in service for your students this summer.
