Since 1990, the South Central Arc User Group (SCAUG) has provided resources and tools for Geographic Information Systems (GIS) users and professionals in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Mississippi.

URISA's educational programs are led by volunteers who have a demonstrated expertise for a particular subject area and a passion for sharing knowledge with their peers. Each committee strives to present a program that is important, timely, and robust.
