Taking Quizzes and Exams with the Respondus Lockdown Browser
- Access the Tarrant County College VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure)
- Log in using your TCC login Credentials (full TCC email and password)
- Under Apps, Select "Student Workspace"
- The TCC VDI will launch a virtual windows environment; a prompt may ask you to go into Full Screen Mode. When the desktop has loaded open the Windows menu, shown below with a red arrow pointing to the lower left corner.
- The Windows menu will open, scroll down and open the Respondus folder then LockDown Browser - pointed out below with the red arrow.
- Log into Canvas using your TCC login Credentials (full TCC email and password)
- Navigate to your course and then quiz or exam.
- You may be prompted to allow the use of your computer's camera and mic, select option to allow as shown below.
