CINAHL (Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature) is a great database for locating JOURNAL articles
This database has very good articles about all sorts of medical issues. Some of the options on the ADVANCED SEARCH page include date range, alternative therapy journals, subject specialty (like occupational therapy), and patient groups among others. Look through them all to see if any will help with your particular search.
PubMed comprises more than 26 million citations for biomedical literature from MEDLINE, life science journals, and online books. Citations may include links to full-text content from PubMed Central and publisher web sites.
Unfortunately, this database does not create citations for you, nor does it email the articles. :-( Click on the About tab with each article to get the information you'll need to create your citation.
