Student Support Resources: Mental Health & Stress

Quick guide to TCC and community support services.

TCC Assistance

TCC offers counseling services for students to assist with personal concerns, career decisions, and other issues which may be interfering with your academic success. TCC counselors can also make referrals to community resources. Please see the Counseling Services website for more information.

Each TCC campus also has a CARE Team, a dedicated group of faculty and staff members who provide consultation and support for students in distress. If you're concerned about a student, and you believe this person's behavior may present a threat to themselves, the campus, or the surrounding community, you should make a referral to your campus CARE Team by completing the Incident Reporting Form.
